產品應用範圍

  • 針對活細胞和組織進行長時間的生物發光檢測。
 

產品特色

  • 樣本放置處位於 CO2 孵化器中心內，溫度和 CO2 濃度皆被控制，濕度保持在 >90%RH。
  • 適用於 24 和 96 孔的微量多孔盤。
  • 可進行長時間檢測，短至 1 小時、長至 30 天。
  • 可透過兩個光電倍增管（一個光電倍增管對一個培養皿）測量兩個培養皿。
  • 測量時，由光電倍增管而非培養皿移動，減少因搖晃細胞所造成的損傷，適用於懸浮細胞（如：血細胞）。
  • 光電倍增管冷卻至 10℃，暗噪聲較低。
  • 內建多色螢光素酶分析濾光片。
